Unbelievably bad experience too crowded and small lanes with 25 minutes class with 4 kids in same lane and time what your kids gets to train is very less for charges paid. They keep changing the policies and you must be up to date; they cancel the classes, and we must schedule the classes again with makeup tokens them. They randomly assign the trainer if you forget, and if you have gender preferences then this is not the correct location and you will have tough time.
Goldfish West Omaha has been & continues to be the BEST experience for our kiddos & Family as a whole. Our kiddos our coming up on their 3 year Anniversary of being enrolled at Goldfish West Omaha & we have valued and enjoyed every step of the way. We absolutely love Goldfish and the work they are putting in around getting more Black and Brown Children in the Water. I also really love how they focus on Water Safety and Drowning Prevention. They are always opened to ways in which they can make the facility comfortable for all. It is an amazing place to swim.
The teachers have been very friendly and positive with my 2 1/2 year old. The desk staff are very attentive, proactive, and informative when getting information for the classes and explaining how everything works. Everything runs seemlessly!
They are amazing and truly understand what they are doing. They worked with my son and still are, as he is scared to out his face in the water. They are always very patient. The pool area is so well heated which is awesome for the kids & not like your typical swimming instruction place where kids are cold and dread going in. So happy that we started with Goldfish, my daughter Harlow loves it, and her instructor Coach Deacon is kind, patient and fun!! The changerooms are always clean and tidy, the seats are all distanced, very happy with covid protocols!!
The best swimming school for kids. It’s full of fun and encouragement. Neat and clean. Everything you would expect from a swimming school just named it. Professional and friendly staff . Been a customer and will be a customer definitely.
My daughter is thrilled to come to swim lessons every week and absolutely LOVES her swim coaches! She has learned so much in the short time she has been at Goldfish and is very confident in the water! We took a trip to Great Wolf Lodge over Spring Break and were amazed with her swimming ability! Other parents were commenting on her ability to swim independently at such a young age. Thank you Goldfish!!
Great school for all ages especially little ones. The instructors are incredible and very patient. Staff is top notch and place is really cute and clean. Highly recommend this place to all parents looking to get their kids involved in an activity.
