I sent my grand daughter to the "Y" last year for 4 weeks and she did not learn how to swim. The 1st day of jump start, she had the confidence to finally do it. She has gone to two week sessions of jump start and graduated glider 3 and now is in pro! The patience and encouragement from the teachers gave her the confidence. The teachers and everyone at the front desk are so very pleasant and it shows how much they enjoy there jobs. We just finished our second jump start week and I am so excited. My 4 year old is new to swim lessons and was hesitant to get in but by the end of 2 weeks he's so proud of himself because he can swim underwater! My older two boys have taken lessons at other locations and have dreaded lesson day. They love it here and look forward to coming! The groups are small and the instructors know what they are doing. Awful. I counted 5 minutes total during a 30 minute lesson that my son was actually learning to swim.
I love that Goldfish Swim School is so focused on providing one particular service. The number of different days and times available for class cannot be matched by other locations like health clubs that need to use the pool for things other than lessons. Plus the lessons themselves don't cost anymore than they do at the health clubs but you don't need to pay a membership fee on top of it. I have a six year old who is a natural swimmer and a two year old who has no fear. We've been members for a few months and every week my kids look forward to coming here. The facility is clean, the staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely love to help the kids. If your wondering about it, just go for it. You won't be disappointed here. They have a great program here
My girls loved Goldfish Swim School, my 5yo and 3yo went to their first lesson on Wednesday so I was nervous for them but the small class allowed the instructors to give them the extra attention they needed. We are looking forward to their next swim lesson!
We have had the most wonderful experience at Goldfish swim school! The teachers are lovely and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We look forward to our Sunday class every week!
Just started with my 4 month old son and we absolutely love it! The pool and pool air temp is amazing. However, leaving the pool area is torture (for me mostly)... can’t wait until spring/summer so it’s not so shocking.
