We had one class at this facility and I am sceptical about coming again. The pool is not clean: the side of the pool under the main entrance was dirty, it had a blackish stain, almost like black mold. I touched it with my hand to see if that's something on the top, but nope, that dirt seemed to be there for quite a while. It was the mini 1 area of the pool. I'm really scared now if my little one gets any disease there. The rest of the amenities seemed clean but the pool and the water is my biggest concern now. I'd like to ad... read more
Thanks for being so good to my Avi (Avneesh). My Avi is so passionate about his swimming and his dream is to win the gold in the Olympics like his idol, Michael Phelps. Thanks for helping him master the most difficult of strokes and helping him get on swimforce. Thanks to the team...Simon, Cassandra, Kate, Joey and other unsung heroes I may have missed to name!
District Director Martha continues to be amazing w/personal attention. New Needham location manager Jeff seems great too-- helped me place my 4Y son who has some specific motor needs-- it's so wonderful that he can now swim w/other kids in group classes after seeing his older 6Y sister swim at Goldfish for years. Both of them are just beaming thru class. Front office staff continues to be patient and enthusiastic. Only remaining gripe is difficult to schedule makeup-- hopefully they are making it easier online!
Today was my last day as a staff member of Goldfish. I spent 6 months a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School Needham. It was a pleasure being able to work with such great Co-workers as well as Management such as Simon, Zac, and Olivia. Best wishes in the future of the company.
I cannot love this school more. The instructors are kind, nurturing, and professional. My son is doing leaps and bounds and is gaining confidence as a swimmer. I love going here!

My daughter has been apart of goldfish needham since mid August of 2017. Having had no prior swim experience but loving water, she has now moved up 3 different levels in the last 7 months!! The fun, loving, and energetic staff at goldfish needham allows for her to not only love water, but to feel comfortable, happy, and safe while taking classes. She has learned so much all while having a blast! We love goldfish needham and would recommend it to anyone! Such a GREAT learning environment and swim experience for children!
