RecommendedFriendly and courteous staff. My son has been swimming at the Burlington location since he was 3 months old, he is now 3,5 yo. We went through a tough time when switching from Mommy & Me class (separation anxiety) to Mini 1,2 and the teachers were so so nice to him, they listened to him cry (scream) for a couple months patiently and helped him get through it until he got used to the new routine. RecommendedMy daughter just started taking swim lessons in the Westford location not long after the re opening. Every worker was amazing, they guided everyone the way they should have, reminded everyone to keep a safe distance and most importantly we’re so welcoming to my daughter. Abigail has autism and going strange places she usually gets stressed out, but here her instructor as well as the staff made her comfortable where she loves coming back every time. RecommendedWe have been members at Goldfish for over a year, and they always provides a top-notch experience. This continues to be true upon re-opening where they've enacted various safety and sanitation measures. We love Goldfish and feel safe swimming there. Our only wish is that they could find a way to bring back family swim!

RecommendedStaff amazing, coaches do great with kids growing in skills, kind, helpful, quick replies, and works with schedule changes to help parents. It’s just been a couple months, but we plan to stay year round. Customer service that really cares is especially hard to find, so happy here!
