This place is a complete rip off!!! We did not see the kids making any more progress and decided to cancel the lessons. At the time we canceled my kids had each 16 if not more makeup classes. We were informed that those make up classes can be done if we are still enrolled and since we cancel we will lose all of them. I do not believe this is fair as all of those make up classes were paid for and no service was provided!!! the Area Manager that was on site was very dismissive and did not try to assist us in any possible way, ... read more
We love this place! It's bright and friendly when you walk in and my kids picked up swimming skills faster here than other swim schools we've tried.
