Love the GoldFish Swim School in Glen Oaks, NY. Friendly customer service, kid-friendly environment, clean changing rooms & bathrooms, drying station with hair blowers & a spin dryer for swim suits, and big parking lot. It is located within a mall area that has a Dunkin, McDonalds, Walgreens, Lidl, & a Burlington. All instructors are great. Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. My daughter attended this swim school last week for her very first swimming lesson and first real experience in the water. Before the lesson, my wife specifically explained to the two instructors that she was a beginner and asked them to please handle her with great care and patience. Registration was simple and easy. My daughter’s first class was smooth and exciting. Staff was organized, kind and helpful to my family as we checked in and participated in her first class. We LOVED the small class size so much and because it was one other child it felt like my daughter received the time and attention she needed as a first time swimmer. My husband and I are excited to be members.
