4 kids per lane per trainer for a 30-minute session (a DAY) minus time to get into the pool and get started is simply RIDICULOUS. Let's do the simple math: 30 minutes - time to actually get started is </= 28 minutes. 28 minutes divided by 4 kids on average per lane = about 7 minutes per child if at all (i.e. minus favoritism from trainer) Can a child realistically be trained in this amount of time? In 2 months of regular training time there my kids cannot float without help SIMPLY RIDICULOUS----I QUIT.

Horrible interaction involving another parent going into a fitting room and taking my belongings (phone & wallet) and throwing my daughters swim suit on the floor. The building is clearly too small for the amount of students & parents. Not enough dressing rooms & bathrooms so when class is over there are about 10 different families standing around waiting for a room.
