Great place for kids to learn swimming, individual attention and guidance is really helpful.
My son was unable to continue the classes due to severe emotional distress. Despite multiple attempts, he could not attend without crying. I informed the team of this situation and requested the cancellation and a full refund, as payments are deducted automatically. To my surprise, no refund was issued. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft, considering the service was never used. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and action on the management.
