The staff is really attentive to making sure everyone that enters has their temp taken and that all of the bathrooms and stalls are promptly sprayed down between uses. I feel very safe. Plus the team at Burlington generally is the best, they have been so accommodating as we work to find a class that works in our schedule.
My son has been attending Goldfish Burlington since he was 13 months old (he’s now 3). We have loved it since he started and we’ve grown to love it even more recently. Our son has ASD and is nonverbal. Mr. Will and all of the staff have really gone above and beyond to make sure my son feels included and they have accommodated him so he can fully participate in his lessons with his peers. Since being cooped up from Covid, my daughter was so excited to get back to swim class. As parents, we were very please with the protocols put in place to make this happen. The temp check at the door, walking specific ways around the pool, clean/used signs on changing rooms.. all these things helped make us feel more comfortable. We feel very safe sending her to class, thank you!

Facility is BEAUTIFUL - the school is following all social distancing protocols and made my daughters first swim lesson (4 months old) AMAZING! The pool was nice and warm and I didn’t want to get out!

Friendly and courteous staff. My son has been swimming at the Burlington location since he was 3 months old, he is now 3,5 yo. We went through a tough time when switching from Mommy & Me class (separation anxiety) to Mini 1,2 and the teachers were so so nice to him, they listened to him cry (scream) for a couple months patiently and helped him get through it until he got used to the new routine. We love Goldfish in Burlington!!! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean. Both of my kids have been at Goldfish for about a year now and they have each moved up to the next level. Both have overcome their fear and are doing so well!

Best place , best staff .....but here is our special thank you to Mr. Will who went above and beyond to motivate my daughter when she was feeling frustrated with her performance. Thanks Mr. Will for the fantastic class .
