One star because the new ownership will not allow HLC therapy group to do aquatic therapy in their pool anymore. I think that's a really awful thing to do to kids who have disabilities in the community.
I unsubscribed from their text messages, only to receive another marketing message shortly after. This kind of disregard for customer preferences and basic opt-out functionality is unacceptable. If a company can’t honor a simple “STOP” request, it makes me question how they handle more important aspects of their business. Disappointing experience.
