Wanted to reschedule appointment with Jill for retouch, and hair cut. Appontment in October. I discovered i could not wait for retouch and went to another person. I called to reschedule October appointment to December since she said she was booked until then. First she told me to call back in December instead of changing the appointment. Then she said I was messing up her appointment schedule. She said I cancel to often and she cannot deal with it, then hung up. I am the customer and yes I called 2 times to move appointment.... read more
The salon is excellent! It's the only salon I will go to. When they serve food, it's an incredible place!!!
