I had my car serviced yesterday, and one of the buttons on the air conditioner stopped working. I told the service before the service, hoping it could be fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I found that my air conditioner button had not been fixed and they didn't even try to fix it (because there was no spare parts), but they still charged me $170.
