Recently purchased a car from Toyota Goldfields, and the staff were amazing. I want to thank Jimmie and Ebony in particular, they made the whole process pleasant. From the first day I went in to enquire about the car I wanted, to the day I picked it up, I felt looked after by these guys. Happy with everything, 10/10 service.
I called in to see if I could get some canvas seat covers for my Hilux, they didn't have them but were super friendly and helpful.
Booked a servicing a month in advance. Arrived to find they'd scheduled a 60k service for $1400 when all it needed was a 70k service for $800. That was the first red flag. I asked for a few special requests as I have aftermarket suspension that the young lady did not quite understand. When the " manager" came around he laughed at me.. directly into my face.
