Slightly bizarre place in an even more bizarre town. Rooms were ok - plenty of space, decent bed, clean enough. There's a snake, an olive python, in the pub area that was striking at us - in the cage so perfectly safe. A bit of fun and a little weird. Very friendly service and people generally. Not luxury but good basic accommodation. I would definitely recommend it as a solid and safe place to stay. You drive in beside the bottle shop, which is not immediately obvious, but easy enough when you know.
We had a last minute stay due to car trouble. Hotel was clean, shower was great and the A/C was amazing.
Slightly bizarre place in the slightly bizarre place that is Tennant Creek. There was a large Olive Python that tried to strike anyone who went near - fully enclosed, so no danger. Rooms are basic, but clean. People were friendly. You get in next to the drive in bottle shop, although there are no signs. It was an ok experience.
I was very relieved to find this place open and a room available after driving from Mt Isa and not having service to arrange any accommodation on the way. It was just after 7pm and everything seemed to be closed. thank my lucky stars 🌟 It was clean, tidy, safe and secure. Really pleased with clean room, a comfy bed and clean shower. AND A Secured place for my vehicle overnight. Thank you to the lovely manager who looked after me and my 2 friends. We appreciate it given we were new to the environment.
