This branch is epic. The manager, Karina, is phenomenal and bends over backwards to make going into the bank a pleasant experience. I hate banking but she makes even our business banking simple. Will be a long time client.
Applied for a pre-approval auto loan online as we live in Vernal, we don't have a local branch. Parker and Natisha (other branches) were first to reach out and help. Both very nice and did great! When we drove out to find the car, we stopped at this branch to finish up the loan and open the bank account needed. Ozzy, at this location helped finish the loan and provide us a check. He was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and quick. Would recommend!
