I fell on hard times, and unfortunately had to VOLUNTARILY surrender my vehicle. Party in-fact because the re-affirmation agreement that was sent over from GWCU was predatory, and gave me worse rates—which obviously defeats the purpose. I was offered by another lender for another vehicle I financed very decent terms, and even automatically given a 2-month hardship.
