Service: the staff here are kind and really show that they enjoy what they do. The vets here are passionate about their work. They dont try to upsell you any procedure or medications. The vets here are honest and send reminders when vaccinations are overdue or coming up. Best part is this veterinary hospital is not owned by private equity.
We love Dr. Steph and Dr. Alex. Both have been amazing with our family dogs. After losing our last dog suddenly, I have some ptsd with our new pup and both vets have been very good at calming and reassuring me at our appointments. Both are great with our bully mix and he loves all the attention and care he receives. So much so he whines to go inside!
This is the vet and kennel I bring our little girl to. The staff and vets are always welcoming, friendly and show care. They remember and maintain detailed records on my dog and always interact with her in a low stress manner. They are our repeat vet and we also use the kennel service. This is a rural setting, in a great serene environment - highly recommended.
