When I booked my appointment, I was asked to provide a credit card number for a $55 fee for securing the appointment. I was assured, however, that that money would go toward the repair cost if a repair was made. That turned out to not be true. The $55 is a straightforward booking fee on top of the repair cost. I won't be doing business with this company again.
