Very disappointed with this company. The equipment quality is low, and the return policy is extremely restrictive. We purchased one of their intraoral cameras during the holidays. After finally getting time to install and test it, we discovered that it does not integrate with Dexis imaging software as expected. When we contacted the company for support, we were told someone would call us back to assist — no one ever did. This company is really funny.They sent us wrong leftover material. then they never sent me any replacement on time. no appology but lots of blaming Fedex. finally got nice reciept after 3 days of bunch of excuses. I would love to see what the company owner's response can be.
LOVE this company. Everything they sell is great. Amazingly concise product selection for efficient, effective dentistry. The black extraction forceps are incredible, I won't do an extraction without them now!
I love the M7 mirrors that connect to the high speed evacuation! These have been very helpful for us as we try to control aerosols in our practice. The patients have appreciated them also. They feel more comfortable with us using these mirrors. Great product and easily maintained. Update: We have been using these suction mirrors for 5 years now and still love them.
