I was inquiring of a place for my 82 yr old mother. I filled out the online form on a Sunday. Surprising to me, a staff member contacted me later on in the evening. This process was starting off very, very well and that made me very excited that I found a place for my mother. I believe the staff members name was her Sherry. She was so informative and so inviting so I made an appointment for a tour.
