had nails on for less than a day and they cracked. nails were not what i asked for, very unprofessional workers. NEVER going back
Terrible pedicure.Three of us went together expecting a decent job. No attention given to heels with a decent scrub. Nail polish looked old and shabby. Rushed through and one girl still had old nail polish not properly removed on toe edges. Just poor, poor effort overall. I needed a nail infill but gave it a big miss. To top it off we were charged $55 if using credit card...$50 for cash! Total disappointment!
Bleeding toes. Worst pedi i have ever have. No leg rub after stripped my skin off with the exfoliate. Uneven sheliac paint. Sharp edges on my toe nails. Dirty salon. Feel like I need a tetanus shot after that experience.
We had such a poor experience. Cleanliness is a zero, customer service is a zero, technique and simple nail painting is a zero. Very disappointed especially being international travellers that this is the experience that we receive in such a luxurious shopping centre. There's nothing luxurious about this place. I'm very disappointed and very rude customer service will never return. Also, you will need to receive some type of antifungal bacteria medication after being there.
Also got shellac removed and it looks horrible. I just needed to leave
