The theft at this facility is disgusting. How anyone can pilfer jewellery and keepsakes from an old, dying person is vile. The lowest form of life.

186+ days in the hospital. Not even a month later after being sent to this facility she went septic and passed away. You guys isolated her thinking it was Covid was it WASNT! She wasn’t eating and nobody was moving her in or out of bed. She died all alone because of your negligence

the staff are extremely rude to residents and newer staff. they yell at residents with dementia it’s abuse to put your elderly family members in here

Although my father was only here for a brief time, even in those few short weeks, staff were without exception, respectful, caring, thoughtful and kind. The building itself is a bit old, but who doesn't love gargoyles on the eaves? Facilities maybe older, but are well kept and clean. Activities and therapy are amazing. I'd like to thank everyone there for making my father's last few days comfortable with love and compassion. I and my family greatly appreciated everything you did.
