OMG! Ivan was brilliant! The repair to my wall and baseboard is absolutely perfect!!!! I'm so pleased I have to keep admiring it. He was prompt, polite, thoughtful and a master at his craft!
I reached out to Golden Years for drywall repair and paint of my stairway and upstairs hallway, which were in terrible shape with holes from electrical work, bulging drywall seams and nails and a bad paint job from the previous homeowner. We had Golden Years repair and install drywall in a basement room. There were lot of problems with the existing drywall and the basement ceiling was unfinished in the room. Brandon from Golden Years did a great job making it look complete after the drywall install. He made sure it all looked finished and complete. Very happy with the way it turned out.
