The woman working the day we visited was not merely rude, but seemed annoyed we even were in the store. Obviously needing some lessons in customer service.
I've been shopping here for nearly 20 years now, and I love this place. The jewelry selection is amazing, they carry fantastic artist's work and have lots of simpler pieces if you're on a budget.
I was browsing and was not expecting to buy but I came across a beautiful, signature sterling silver piece and Jessica was absolutely incredibly kind, attentive, and warmed welcomed my business. I WAS SOLD! Jessica was very helpful toward my transaction. She thanked me with a free, silver polishing cloth for my FABULOUS new piece! I cant wait to go back and get another piece!
They have a cute selection of jewelry but customer service unfortunately not the best
I wish I would’ve ready some reviews before going here. I asked the lady at the front desk what a ring was made of and she answered silver. My issue was how she answered like she didn’t like her job. I would have left but my significant other really wanted it. Last time I go in there. Should have looked at the reviews….go somewhere else.
