Golden West is the best! When I needed a new pool/spa heater, my home warranty company originally was going to send another company and I was disappointed because I would've preferred Golden West as I've used them before. They were amazing! After being told by someone else that I needed over $1000 fix for my pool not heating, Anthony came out and carefully went through a diagnostic - from simplest fix up. He diagnosed the issue and it was totally different (and so much cheaper than the $1000 'fix' that wouldn't have actually fixed anything). Anthony himself was also amazing. This was the best experience we ever had using a pool repair company. We live 2 hours away from the property, and it’s always stressful to find someone you can trust to take care of the problem efficiently and honestly. Anthony called us immediately to discuss the issue and made multiple follow-up calls. He found a simple solution for a problem we thought would be a much bigger one. We found a real gem!
Golden West is an excellent company with outstanding customer service. I've called on them on two separate occasions, once to fix my pool/spa heater and another time to replace my pool/spa filter unit. Both have been great experiences. They've delivered with high quality work and great consideration and care for my home. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future and I recommend with confidence that you do as well.
My pool wasn't heating well, so I called Golden West Pools to evaluate. He came out the very next day, found the problem immediately, fixed it, followed up a couple days later with one last repair, and my pool is heating perfectly now.
