Every review you read below is accurate. This place makes terrible crappy homes. The paint sucks, half the cupboards are chipped from nails they put in. On the outside the siding is already falling apart. We have only lived in it for 6 months and it looks like it’s 5+ years old. Don’t recommend.
Don't buy from them. All they build is junk. You will regret it . They don't warranty shit . They suck. BEWARE
First off we bought our house about 3 years ago and since we have had molding and caulking fail which at least the caulking is understandable. What isn't is what the caulking has revealed. We have multiple gaps of an inch or better on our soffit and transitions. Not to mention the caulking that has failed around the nails has shown they apparently don't even use the minimum galvanized nails because they have started to weep rust. To recap I'm going to have to redo lengths of soffit and completely caulk and paint the outside ... read more
