this place is a complete scam. First, the "water meters" they use are tiny cheap ones that they have control over and that they manage. Our water bill hasn't been under $90 since we moved in, and we are not the only ones. finally, this month they told us that we used over 7,000 gallons in one month! an average family uses 2,000-3,500 at most.
