I'm beyond disappointed with this manufacturing company. I specifically asked for a wrap around porch and I got a little corner and they put window doors in my bedroom and front door which is pretty awkward and there's no utility closet and every single thing in this home has broken at one time or another. Very cheap. I told them I wanted granite countertops and they gave me some crappy fake granite but the thing that upsets me the most is that they stole my brand new toilet that was in my old place and my trees. We bought we thought our for ever home, GOLDEN WEST, warped wall in laundry room countertop warped, it’s like fighting a war to have your home fixed right, never was, said it was the best they good do, only thing I like is my floor plan, nothing is squared up right, so many more problems, I’m so so unhappy with this home,

We want to Thank Golden West homes and especially Alicia Cabral for our wonderful home. Alicia went above and beyond to help us design our new home. She was honest with us and did not promise a time or dateline that could not be met. Redline was a wonderful contracting service and did a great job. They all were so busy but gave us time for our questions.
