I had an awful encounter at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Peter, refused to fill my legitimate prescription and actually questioned its validity. He went so far as to contact my doctor to verify it—as if I was lying. Even after my doctor confirmed everything, Peter still declined to dispense the medication when it came back to him. Extremely disappointing experience. Peter refused to fill a valid prescription and questioned its legitimacy. He called my doctor, who confirmed the order. The prescription was for ten packs of cream for a burn wound. At the refill, Peter blocked the order again. He said he would only provide one pack instead of the prescribed ten, which would have increased my cost by ten times. This pharmacy is closed do not send your prescription here!!!!!!! It’s been so stressful trying to figure out what to do to get prescription changed to different pharmacy. Don’t make the same mistake as me and choose a different pharmacy!!! Would be helpful if the pharmacy had some notice or didn’t take prescriptions if they are closed. I need my medicine and now having to wait to sort everything out with my physician has prolonged me from taking what I need to get better.
