Don't know if this is the same "Joe" that I dealt with and don't know if the business is still open but I had a terrible experience with him. One the one hand he had cast a beautiful piece for me. He said it would last a lifetime. But for repairs it was a much different story. The piece needed repair within a year and I sent it to him. I brought a very special ring into Golden Web to be fixed and resized. Before we even left with the finished product, the band of the ring broke twice and Joe had to repair it in front of us (not a good sign already). We then got home and a week later the band broke again, so I called Joe and asked him if we could get any kind of compensation since it had broken 3 times after his "repair", he said that he could possibly send me another ring. Yes joe is a nice guy and his work is great but my view on him has changed now. I had given joe a ring that a stone fell off of and needed to be replaced, the ring also needed to be resized. Joe gladly took the ring and fixed it but the ring snaped 3 times due to the resizing while we were at the shop. He fixed it again to the point where he thought it will stay.
