Unbelievable service!!! Always answers the phone and extreamly knowledgeable on all aspect on the operation of the pool. They could trouble shoot and problem over the phone with a video call or text message.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with GWA. Not only did they fail to complete the job as promised, but their workmanship was also shoddy. To make matters worse, I experienced unprofessional behavior that felt discriminatory and offensive. I expected to receive top notch service because of the amazing reviews, but I guess the colour of my skin changed that. Their lack of respect and poor service left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against using GWA for any pool installation or repair needs.

Management was attentive and responded on a timely basis. The process and timeline was communicated clearly. As with every project there were some surprises and challenges. These were handled in a professional manner. The crew were very nice and worked hard. The project did drag along for a period, however the final product was lovely.
