Office manager let's the kids in the complex do whatever and scream til we'll past 10pm. She let's kids ride with escooters and bikes across the sidewalks almost crashing into me or my neighbors. The kids have no supervision either. Office manager also let's certain people break rules but not others. The Office running the complex seems shady. (AWI).
The office manager Shelby has become incredibly rude and entitled and is breaking California laws when it comes to her position. At first, she was a great manager, but she has let it go to her head. Her response to anyone who challenges her is "move." Not impressed with the management company AWI (Always With Integrity) either. They should be forced to change their name. Maintenance isn't very knowledgeable about fixing issues with apartment. Having continued problems with the sprinklers pointed to our door, keeps flooding the living room. "Emergency" line not helpful, having to wait to get this fixed is bothersome.
