Carolina is an evil woman. I had a terrible experience at this location. I have been in excruciating pain since December and was waiting for treatment that has already been authorized by my insurance but because Carolina and the office staff don’t understand or know how to read and comprehend basic insurance policies I was turned away for treatment on the day of my appointment with no prior notice or communication. My visit to Golden Valley Smiles was on Wednesday February 12, 2025. I am normally terrified of going to the dentist. I would like to first of all commend Omar the dentist’s assistant. Omar made me feel very comfortable, he talked to me through my procedure (root canal). He helped me to relax, told me to breathe through my nose and at times to take a deep breath. Please save yourself from hassle and incompeteness of their office to fullfill any order I suppose. We had horrible experience, where they couldnt make a simple denture for my parents. Initially they messed up with their fittings where the technician sent some incorrect order and my parents again have to give impression after a month of hassles. Then too, after several sittings. Ultimately they made something, that doesnt fit at all. Everytime they are saying, its loose because the gums are old. How come their older denture ... read more
Worst service I've ever experienced from a dental office. Very unprofessional and rude. Made me cry . Shame on you people. Do not waste you're time here.
The process was very quick. I love the service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had to be patient to get my pre-authorization from my insurance , but after that everything was smooth sailing. They even have payment plans that work with finances!!
