I'm ganna quickly tell my story because I owe it to the ladies that work at the office here. I have lived here for 14 years. At first it was very cheap. But when "Yes Communities" came in a few years back they really gave everything some TLC. We had many new homes brought in, a new playground, everything you see around in common areas stays painted and doggy stations. This place is not what it used to be. Would've stayed if the original management didn't get moved to another property. I'm still thankful for where we were brought from.
Over 2 years ive seen the area get a little bit better. Other than that there isn't much great to say About here. Neighborhood isn't really that clean. Tree branches can fall and damage your property, and don't even get me started on rent or if you're struggling a little with life. Biggest issue, if you ever have to deal with that new lady now 'Felicia Weeks'...yeah just give up be homeless because she will definitely make you feel like God doesn't exist. The people in the office were very nice to mom and me we love our new home the place is beautiful and they come fast to fix stuff and we really are happy we move here.
