We have been using the services of this company for at least 15 years ( I think it is actually more). They have always been most helpful and pleasant. We get medical equipment and supplies for my husband. Everyone knows our name when I call. Recently, I had surgery and needed various medical equipment for myself. I purchased some medical equipment for my dad after he was discharged from the hospital. Their selection was vast and good quality. I was happy with the service and teamwork they had at the front desk. Glad to support local businesses in our community for along time.
Horrible Customer service. Called to inquire about bed and spoke to a woman named Rhonda. She was very rude in answering questions and seemed like she just wanted to get you off the phone. I will never do business with this company again
