Brought my grand pup for the first time today. We had a wonderful experience. Ease of appointment setting online, verifying appointment with Bailey's Pawrent was great. I appreciate they gave me prices up front as I was able to prepare. Signage is great, location is a nice tucked away, quick walk from the covered parking lot. I went there thinking it was an emergency pet hospital, my mistake I should have called. When I asked where i should go for an emergency I was given two different places one in St. Paul and the other in maple grove. I decided to call before driving only to be told they do not take emergency walk ins. I come to find later that day not even half a mile from Golden Valley Pet Hospital is BluePearl which is an 24/7 emergency vet.
Friendly, polite, attentive, helpful staff and doctors. Take good care of my small dog every time.
The best. Have been paramount in my cat’s health as well as my lizards. Always handled with the utmost respect and care. Can’t thank you guys enough. I had to put my lizard down years ago, and the team sent a letter of compassion to me to further instill the care that they take in you and your pet.
