Very nice people. Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws. Organized and well-run. They don't keep me waiting, yet they don't make me feel rushed. On one occasion, the vet personally came out to apologize that she was running behind and to let me know she was almost done. That goes a long way. Vets are always expensive--it's kind of unavoidable--but so far I haven't been surprised, and I've spent considerable time and money at a few other vets depending on where I was living at the time.
Brought my grand pup for the first time today. We had a wonderful experience. Ease of appointment setting online, verifying appointment with Bailey's Pawrent was great. I appreciate they gave me prices up front as I was able to prepare. Signage is great, location is a nice tucked away, quick walk from the covered parking lot. I went there thinking it was an emergency pet hospital, my mistake I should have called. When I asked where i should go for an emergency I was given two different places one in St. Paul and the other in maple grove. I decided to call before driving only to be told they do not take emergency walk ins. I come to find later that day not even half a mile from Golden Valley Pet Hospital is BluePearl which is an 24/7 emergency vet.
Friendly, polite, attentive, helpful staff and doctors. Take good care of my small dog every time.
