Excellent customer service. I met with Stephen Liu who was so knowledgable of the products and recommended which product to use. He was so helpful to deliver excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience buying bathroom renovation materials here. Stephen is fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. What’s the point of advertising that you are open on Saturday when your employees tell customers “Steven is not in, you can’t come in to the showroom”. Joke
I have a Grohe shower, the cartridge needed replacement. Golden Tripod not only had the cartridge, the price was cheaper than the quotation of the Toronto head office and more importantly, Golden Tripod was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Golden Tripod.
I was looking for a TOTO part, without any luck finding it locally. A quick Google search brought me to Golden Tripod Group. Stephen was very quick in assuring me they had it, and it was available at a fair price. I bought 2 of them, and they were delivered quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. It was a great experience. Thanks again
