Everyone is kind and welcoming. A great place to workout without judgement, no matter your age or abilities you can comfortably achieve your goals.
Ive never had so much fun "exercising" as in the aqua zumba class . Celine is an amazing instructor. While providing us with a workout, she entertains us with her fun, energetic personality. At the same time, she's sweet and caring, giving special attention to special needs or frail elderly participants.
I recently started going to this gym and my experience has been great so far! I love that recently for the summer they increased the hours for the pool. I only wish the pool was open all year long so in the winter we didn’t have to switch to the local public pool. Also, we wish the hours they had for the summer stayed until the winter. My partner and I train year round for events and having a pool available all year would be great!!! Would also love to have an assisted pull up machine!
