I had a wonderful experience at Golden Triangle Surgery Center. The staff was incredibly nice, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
The pre op education experience I had was pretty terrible. Called to ask a question regarding my start time and the RN talked down to me and gave me false information about NPO status and diabetes management. She also made unprofessional comments related to my surgeon and his block time. Amy the director stated she handled it, and apologized for the RNs behavior. This is the reason for 3/5 stars.
