Mike was excellent with his communication and service. Was able to get out same day to diagnose and replaced the part necessary next day. Honest and straightforward. Thank you!
I would stay away from this company.They will reuse supply and return boxes that don’t fit units. They will bend and twist these boxes to fit your new units, then hide it with tape and insulation. They will install flex under homes instead of metal, rodents love flex. Company is not familiar with most trane and high end units. Must not do background checks on employees. Some former or current employees have records.
Golden Triangle is amazing. I came home from work to an AC unit on the fritz. The actual OWNER came out on a service call with VERY reasonable rates (a fraction of what other places would charge) and had me back up and running in about 10 minutes. Super professional, friendly, fast and competent. 10/10, for sure.
Everyone from the first call into them was very polite and helpful, they were on time and diagnosed the problem, fixed it. Other companies wanted over $600 to just come look, but Golden Triangle only charged a service fee and the cost of the thermometer. They even checked out my whole system just to make sure everything was running correctly. I highly recommend this company.
New owner is learning how to run the business so there is a learning curve. However it should not take more than a day to quote out a repair or replacement of a system. Over 4 days and still no communication.
