Went in with my son the front desk lady was so nice and pleasant she really stole my heart with her. Autism badge being that my son has autism the nurse was very informative the visit was short and on our way out the door the front desk gave my son a T-shirt highly recommend anyone to this place 10/10 not to mention I received a thank you card!!
I brought my wife who had a painful broken finger and we were told that this emergency room doesn’t take Medicare, so we had to go elsewhere. Any medical practice, especially those that provide emergency care, that doesn’t accept Medicare patients should be seen as discriminatory. The employees were polite, but the policy is wrong.
Went in and was quickly seen, and they answered all my questions and treated me so good the whole time i was there!! Definitely recommend this place 10/10
This Emergency Care Clinic use to be hands down the best in the Golden Triangle.. They to me were almost better the local southeast Texas hospital . The Staff use to be Great and attentive to your needs and concerns. Was Very impresso with time management with getting a patient in and out ... This Emergency care place has changed over time use to be the best around but now I wouldn’t recommend it at all
