I went in for a dental exam because I was sure I had a cavity or worse. The staff member who scheduled my appointment was thorough in asking me questions to learn the specific tooth and location of my potential cavity, and she made sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. I didn't even sit down in the lobby because they were almost immediately ready to see me. The technician and Dr. Gray both individually examined my teeth. Called in an Emergency. Extreme Pain. Dr Gray and staff worked me in within the hour and had me feeling much better in no time. Very kind people all around and very much put me at ease.
I've known DR Gray over 50 years. There is not a more caring or knowledgeable dentist in existence.
Stay away from this office, he likes to scare you into doing surgery you don't need. Office staff is very rude.
Went in with severe pain. They offered no solution to help with a broken tooth iI that i couldn't take off work to get surgery for and told me to "figure it out".
