Not sure why a driver would be honking, and doing lewd gestures while driving a company vehicle but here we are. Probably would be of use for this worker to recieve some coaching on how to interact in public and to be mindful of which vehicle he is getting angry in. Hopefully he's the single bad egg in the bunch.

Was harassed by a driver in traffic at around 3:30pm on may 27th on 22nd street. The driver made racial remarks about my traditional middle eastern clothing in traffic and said “ I hope you get into an accident” . I felt attacked by this incident and the driver appeared to be an older male of First Nation decent and overweight. I hope golden transport does not condone his actions and does takes appropriate actions regarding this incident with the driver.

We’ve had Golden Transit numerous times for appointments and we’ve always been treated very well. The driver commented that he was carrying precious cargo so extra care is taken. Drivers have wheeled my husband into the building. I don’t have to worry about anything. I appreciate the care we get. Thanks, keep up the caring work you all do.

Very happy with our experience getting Dad to the dentist with Golden Taxi. Driver (Peter) was friendly and courteous. Dispatcher (Jen) was really helpful before and during the transport. Thank you!
