If I could give negative stars I would Horrible. They did not make what I ordered, when I called and complained they picked up the flowers and would not remake. So I paid for flowers that they took back from my mother and even went as far as to say that they had to pick them up because they already re sold them. NEVER USE!!!
They listened to me talk about my mom as I ordered flowers for her funeral with so much attention and compassion, that it seemed they knew her. The flowers were just what she would have wanted. Many thanks.
Found this company was not personable, put wrong name on card, delivered way late and to wrong spot, not someone I would ever do business with again. I was told it was my fault their worker didn't show to put my bouquet together and told it wasn't that workers issue cause they did not take my order. Customer service and management (including owner) needs a huge improvement and maybe some social skills.
Cute flowers but horrible delivery service. Was not on time and when I called to inquire it was implied that it was my fault their worker didn't show up.
