Great company
We tried to hire this company to clean our new construction house. She came out to look at the house and give a quote. I never received the quote but after texting her she sent it via text (she claimed that she was emailing it and I just wasn’t getting it). Scheduled move out clean over a week ago, confirmed yesterday. Never showed up and does not answer phone when called.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We scheduled Golden Touch for a Move in Cleaning. We made our appointment for a Monday. Golden Touch never sent any sort of confirmation or quote in writing. Then when the day came they said they had us booked for a different day. Our home we bough was in worse shape that we anticipated so when someone came to our home they said the price would be more than they quoted us. Had a scheduled deep cleaning for our house at 9:30am. No show. No call. Did not answer any of our calls either. Still no call back and it’s 2 hours later. Even if they do show up we won’t be allowing cleaning now and won’t use or recommend this company to anyone in the future. Take your money and business elsewhere. 0/5
