Lance was awesome! They worked with their schedule to fit me in last minute, have a great system, super knowledgeable and thorough! Would definitely hire again and recommend.

I contacted Golden Touch because I had previously had my carpets cleaned and it left a weird smell in my son’s room. Lance came out right away and cleaned my son’s room and the smell is gone!! He also cleaned my rug in the living room that has never been cleaned and it looks brand new. Lance is professional and super nice!! Will definitely only have Golden Touch clean my carpets in the future! Thanks! My house smells so kuch better now! I’m
