Poor workmanship. Deflecting issues, failed to complete repairs. Had to bring a dealer car in several times for service due to repeat issues or lack of repair. 3 Misfires on the same vehicle within 30 days. The mechanic told me that they cannot determine 1 misfire because the code was reset automatically. I had to purchase an OBD reader to get a picture of the code my vehicle was throwing for them to service it. Bought a used vehicle that was safetied at this shop - they replaced an oil pressure sensor as it was leaking during the safety and we had some residual leaking that was occurring afterwards - mechanic was willing to take the car back in to take a look at it to make sure everything was installed properly and confirm that it was just residual leaking when we were concerned with the situation - very kind and understanding and willing to ensure everything was in order within a few days of when the safety had already been comple... read more

Cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Our rental car broke down on the way to the passport office with our less than 2 week old baby in the car. Ra'ad came to our rescue when my husband ran back down the road to seek help. The hand break had completely jammed on our car and Ra'ad helped to get us safely in off the road. He took us in to the office - gave us water and let us use his cell phone as it would have cost an insane amount for us using international phones. We were on our way to our family’s Nexus appointment, already running late, when our van’s dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree while driving uphill on the Garden City Skyway.
