Good service occasionally but they overcharge on every detail. In some cases I have paid 2x what my dress cost to get it altered. Their response below tells you everything you need to know about working with them - overly defensive & assigning blame only to the customer, undermining customer's intelligence, ambiguous services rendered & unprofessional responses to reviews.
