A thoroughly enjoyable self care experience. Very peaceful and gentle, stress relieving and healing. The sounds are so relaxing and Adriana is very knowledgeable and welcoming.
We shared in the Floating Sound Bath yesterday. 1 of us in a hammock and 2 of us on mats. What a great experience it was! Cocooned securely and comfortably the hammock wraps you in sound. Every now and then responding to the sounds by moving you gently. On the mats too the sounds travel around, through and over you. Each of us experiencing the sounds in our own body in our own way! So relaxing. So calming
I always feel comfortable in the space Adriana creates and the sound bath is a beautiful eclectic experience of so many different sounds to immerse yourself in.
The most beautiful, warm, lovely human hosting the most deliciously nourishing events. Such a gift to have spaces like this that exist to relax, recuperate and replenish
