This place is being ruined by the construction company working here. Breaking up the roads, not cleaning up their trash, and they're completely unprofessional. If you're a machine operator or laborer, take pride in your work. If you dig something up, make it look nice again. This is ridiculous. It looks like a bomb went off here. We now have water hammering when we flush the toilets, use the faucets, and do laundry because of the work they're doing. We can't drink the water either. Great staff and everyone is very nice and helpful. It's also super close to Red Rocks Amphitheater without any noise pollution from it and tons of outdoor activities that are super close as well. The residents are also very nice and helpful. I would consider it a mobile home and rv park myself. It's a little expensive but if you need a place to park for the summer and like the outdoors I can recommend this place if there is availability.
