I can not speak highly enough of the park & the staff here. A friend and I were passing through when we had to pull in for the night last minute due to a pretty bad blizzard. We pulled up across the road at Dakota Ridge RV Resort 5 minutes before their office closed and they said they couldn’t help us & were very rude. Luckily the staff at Golden Terrace were able to accomodate for us and they went above and beyond despite their office having shut hours prior to our arrival. Rats. Tiny spots. Loud/rude neighbors. Trash everywhere from kids with no sense of respect. Sewage smell. when we first moved in there were not rats chewing through the insulation/wiring of our rv (causing more than 300 dollars worth of damage- which park refuses to compensate)and sewage smell, and yet the rent has gone up 200 dollars in the last year. now the rats are getting underneath peoples vehicles and chewing up wires so heads up. this is unacceptable and despicable to be honest, we are moving as soon as possible bc t... read more
I was skeptical about this park going into things, given that I hadn't seen it in person before moving there, and the reviews weren't always reassuring. I couldn't have been more wrong about my worries. The park is in a nice location by the mountains and is conveniently placed between Denver and the highway that takes you into the Rockies. The park itself is nothing special, but the staff is an entirely different story.
